Looking Equipment Mounting Base MT-171/U, also referred to as MT-B1-D1. This aircraft transport rack was a shock-mounting base for various radio receivers & tuning aids (AN/ARR-7, AN/APA-10, etc.) on B-17, B-24, B-29 and PBY4 aircraft.
