I have a couple of problems when it comes to sex. First, my penis at full size is just above three inches long and very thin. When I have sex, I can't keep it in, and finish within a couple of seconds. Nothing seems to work to delay my finishing, and I think it frustrates my partner. Do all smaller men have a tough time staying inside during sex, and do most of them finish very fast? Also, will it be a problem when I am trying to have a baby?

I tried to find a previous message from you, because I thought I remembered you writing before.

3 inches is definitely small is you are over 20 years old, but if you are a younger teen it may not have stopped growing yet.

In some positions smaller guys may have trouble falling out, but not all. Practice will improve that. Try doggie style/ rear vaginal entry and scissor/X positions.

As to the fact that you are coming quickly - that has nothing to do with size. That may have to do with youth, inexperience, or poor pc muscles.

Size of penises has nothing to do with fertility. Infertility has to with the function of the penis - not the size of it.

How old you are.....and has a doctor ever commented on your penis size?

I have gotten comments from doctors before saying enhancement is an option, but full of risk. I am 26, and just a little frustrated with sex. I cannot reach and stay in from behind, and that goes for most positions.

Yes, surgery is always an option, but not only is it full of risks, there is no guarantee that it will work.

My uncle had it done and was not happy with the results at all and ended up having surgery a second time and still was not happy.

I actually can't say I know anyone happy with the results, but I have known a few men unhappy. ( But then maybe the men who are happy don't talk about it.)

I suggest you become an extraordinary oral sex officionado anyone will care less about what you can do or the size of your penis. Given a choice between a great penis and a great tongue I would take the tongue!

Thank you for the info and the advice. A modified missionary position seems to work best for me with a pillow beneathe the woman. I spoke too fast though about 3 inches not being a micropenis. I found out that it actually is considered a micropenis, since it is more than 2.5 standard deviations below the norm. That doesn't change anything though because I don't want surgery. At times I obsess about my size, but I'm becoming more comfortable with it. I can take a joke or two or even make one about myself now. I might as well make the best out of it, right? I do still have to get tested to see if I am fertile or not, but once that's done I think I'll be all set. Thanks again.

Generally agree. But it is important to realize that PC muscle string are similar in both, man and woman indeed, but works differently. First, you are speaking from your own experience. And in my experience with a man who is small I get the most satisfaction from rear vaginal entry. In fact with a small man it is the only postion I find that is good.

Any other position is simply second best to me. I think this is because I have control over the angle of my body and I can control where the point of impact will be.

I took out two of your links - the first one because I have looked at this site a few times and have problems with some of the information - and the fact that it sells a remedy I have no experience with - nor would recommend anyone try. The last one because it did not work when I tried it. The second site ( which is the only one listed now) does sell something, but it also gives lots of information without having to buy anything or having experience using a certain product.

1) Okay, You are right to do You want, but each of those sites stands for own and far different technique, and most soundest of them You have deleted. My eyes shows actually every site sells something, but its far not the obligation for readers to something buy for to have an access to read an experiences. 1. I will not endorse any site that sells herbs or medications. I find lots of sites that pass on good information, but when they include the selling of herbs I will not include them. Too much of that site is people writing in how wonderful the herbs are. You may chose not to buy herbs, but others might - thinking since I passed on a web link that I also endorsed the herbs. The site I did include sold one book for 19.95 and nothing else.

2. I am registered with Yahoo - so that was not the problem. I think this is a site you need to be invited to join from the moderator.

3. Again, I have to disagree with you. I am a big woman, and my partner is ordinary in body size - and we have no problem with rear entry. The 3-point position you describe I find to be extraordinarily tiresome and even painful. It requires an athletisism I think many people lack.

5. Again I have to disagree based on the experience of men who I have known to try this.

Johny, I never claim to know all the answers - I just offer people things to try. If people are having serious problems with sexual satisfaction then they need to see a urologist, gynecologist, sex therapist, or someone who can physically examine them to assess what is best for them. No one gives me enough information here to really have a full understanding of anyone's problem. I do not offer sexual therapy, I offer information and support.

More often than not I tell people that what they experience is normal and OK. Or support them in deciding something that happening to them is not OK. Sometimes I give them suggestions to try to make things better. But if the problem is really serious I tell them to go to a doctor.

I think you do a great job with your advice. Personally, I can't reach in the doggie style position but I guess I am the extreme. Most men love that position as well as women.

I just found great condoms for smaller guys. Condomania.com has created sized-to-fit condoms. So, if anyone has problems slipping out of condoms, they have a solution. Personally, I don't care saying I use the smallest they manufacture which is 3" long and ultra slim and they are great. No slip, good feeling, and decently priced. Sure they are a little funny looking when you first take them out, but who cares, they fit.

Thank you for the heads up on the sized-to-fit condoms ---I 'm sure that will be helpful to lots of guys - both big and small!
