Hello susan i think i have a problem with my balls. I had sex an they started hurting, but not really bad. After 2 hours i had no hurts anymore but i dont know if its normal.

As long as this is a one-time event- or doesn't happen very often, the pain is not intense, and it doesn't last very long I think you are OK. You can feel testicular pain because of a lot of reasons- you might have accidently hit or squeezed them, you might have just gotten over or just about to have an infection of some sort that wil make your testicles sore.

So stop worrying about it.

BUT, if it starts to happen a lot, the pain gets worse, the pain doesn't stop quickly, or you have other things happening - then it is time to go see a doctor.

a few days back i felt pain in my balls. actully when at home i do not wear underwear uer my nickers. that day also i was not wearing them. when i woke up i found a little pain in testicles. it was actually irritating beceuase may be i was concious all the time with that slght pain. i felt better when i held them in my hand. so i wore my underwear. it felt better. but it still pained. then next day pain disappeared. i was not hit in the groin nor was i squeesed. what was that


should one (obviously a male) sleep without underwear. till what age. some people say it is good for development of genetials. is it right.

The reason men should sleep without underwear is that the air is good for your skin. It doesn't affect you size or growth or health otherwise.

I something laugh at the questions- but not at the people who ask them.

As to your testicles ---sometimes they get very heavy for various reasons and they may be temporarily painful. Nothing to worry about.

They get heavy because they are full of blood, or other fluids. This is normal. They can also get heavy from tumors/ growth inside- and that is not normal but is rare. If they get heavy - do nothing - it will change soon. If you feel pain for no reason and it does not go away after one day - go see a doctor.

Some people recover from a kick very quickly - a few minutes - others it take hours, days, months. It depends on exactly where is kicked and what damage IF ANY occurs. There is potential that a kick could cause permanent damage- but that is rare - and would most likely have to be a shoe with metal in it and be a hard, very strong kick.
