Is their a difference?

I was just wondering something, is their a differnece in coming and a orgasm? Ive heard that you can come but not reach a orgasm? Is this true?

Actually it is the reverse. Orgasm and ejaculation are two different things. Orgasm is mostly mental and ejaculation is mostly physical.

Men can learn to train them selves to not ejaculate - but to orgasm over and over - they get as close to ejaculation as they can and then stop. Some think that that experience is not really orgasm - but it is the closest thing to multiple orgasm that men feel.

Women can ejaculate too. For them it is not an every orgasm event. Many women can enjoy the mental aspect of orgasm over and over- dozens of times - and during soem of those they ejaculate a creamy white liquid very similar to a man's ejaculate.
