can you please tell me what are the best products available to desensitize the male genitals. i am very sensitive and ive used some that have helped me alot but i would like to get something stronger. id appreciate any help on the subject.
If you are having success with what you use now I have to wonder what more you want? No cream is going to make you last longer than a few extra minutes.
If you were having no success I'd suggest you see a doctor
(you could still mention it to your doctor) - there are creams that are prescription only that might help you more.
Have you tried using a cock ring. I am told that they help it so that the sensations you feel are spread over the length of your penis. Just be sure you use one that is adjustable - it should be made of soft jelly or rubber or silicon - or be able to snap open.
