She noticed the taste of my sperm has changed and is now a bit acid (same as the taste of the pill).

No, you do need to talk to your doctor. Believe me your doctor will think nothing of this question.

Yes, some medications will be present in your sperm. I have no idea which ones or in what quantity, but obviously if she is tasting you and you are bitter it is coming thru.

If you really refuse to talk to your doctor- the solution is condoms. Buy unlubricated condoms and wear them for oral sex.
