I don't where I put the tampon, and when I try it hurts. What should I do?

Try putting a little baby oil or hand cream on the tip of the tampon - just a little bit. And put some on your vulva/ the outside of your vagina too.

Then gently just push it and it should slide in.

Be sure you use very small tampons for teenagers. Tampax Satin Lites - Junior absorbency or OB silk ease regular are good choices.
