I am a 38 yr old guy who has a couple of questions for you.
The first one is related to the amount of semen that is ejaculated. When I was younger (around 20) I used to ejaculate a really big load of semen that was very liquid and it was so strong that could hit the ceiling of the house. However now that I am approaching 40 I don't have a strong ejaculation anymore and the semen is quite "thick". Is this normal for all men around 40 ?
Another question is regarding a sort of "deformity" I have. When I was young I developed the called "Peyrone's disease" or something like that and it makes my penis to bend to one side. It's not really a big problem but sometimes it is quite difficult to find the right position in order to place it into my partner's vagina. Is there a way to fix this without surgery ?
The last question is regarding the size of my "head". Well, I have a quite big penis, 8 1/2" long and it has a 5 1/4" head (in girth). Just to give you an idea, an ex girlfriend used to call me by nicknames like "big head" and "virgin's nightmare". Yes, ejaculation changes over time. Young men have more of it and a stronger flow.
Outside of surgery - there is not much you can do about a bent penis. There are sleeves men can put under their penises to give them support if they have soft erections- and these might straighten you out - but as you already have trouble with your size- I think it might make a bigger problem.
Missionary is probably the worst position for a bent penus. Once a penis is inside a woman it is no matter if it is bent or not - because it will bend to conform to her insides. ( Men may think their penises are hard and straight when inside - but they are curved.)
Doggie-style/ rear entry is likely to be the best position for both of you. You because you have more control and can see where you are going. Her becaue when in that position the vagina opens wider and inserion in easier. It is also good to know that when women are comfortable with all sexual positions - the #1 position is doggie-style, followed by women on top.
KY - no matter what the advertisements say is a wretched lubrication for sex. It was not designed for sex - it was designed to get medical instruments and fingers to slip more easily into the body.
