There are ways in which our bodies are stupid. Your body doesn't know whether you are are gay or straight or are enjoying what is happening or not. Some aspects of sex are -do A and B happens.
A penis is about as stupid as anything can be - all you have to do when you are young is think about sex and it gets hard - it doesn't matter if you are standing next to your mom - in church - in school - it has a mind of its own. So if a hand touches you - your penis doesn't know or care what kind of body that hand is attached to - it gets hard.
And as for women. Lubrication is the body's way to protect a woman from getting sore. So if a woman is having sex - even sex she doesn't like- her body will try to help her by lubricating.
