ok lattely when ive been going to the bathroom right when im about to be done peeing like it starts to burn really bad then when i wipe myself there is blood on the toilet paper and its not my period cuz i put a tampon in over night just in case and plus that only time it does this is wheni go pee

You need to go to a doctor. Burning pee is a sign of a bunch of different problems. Blood in your pee is also the sign of lots of more serious problems. It is not going to go away without you going to the doctor. It is only going to get worse.

You might have something as simple as an urinary tract infection that has gone untreated too long. And then you will need to take antibiotics - probably for 10 days- and then get retested. But it could be something much more serious - so do not delay seeing a doctor.

Don't be embarrassed to tell your parents you need to see a doctor - this may have absolutely nothing to do with sex and if it goes untreated too long it could get to be a very serious problem.
