This question is asked a lot - so why not check out previous responses. But my guess is that whatever you are doing when you masturbate is not getting done during sex. Lots of women do not orgasm during vaginal sex - vaginal sex, especially missionary style is not for pleasure - it is for making babies. Try different positions and if that fails get your orgasms from oral sex, and having your partner do to you what you do when you masturbate.
