i whant 2 ask about one issue that made me very confused alot
yesterday i saw a porn movie and the male was sucking a (penise or seem like) for the femail
what was that is it was a mail but acting like a female (he look as a female and the body is for a femail)

Your question is a good one, so I a going to answer it so everyone can see it- because I think it is important.

The person in the film is probably one of two things -

1. Intersexed. Has characteristics of both sexes. A person who was born with what is called ambiguous genitalia- that means they look like they could be male with a small penis or they could be female with a very large clitoris. If they have enough female hormones ( everyone has some female hormones) they develop larger breasts.

2. In the process of becoming Transsexual. Transfer/ change - sex. This is a person who was born a certain sex or intersexed, and wants to change to a specific sex. A man to a woman in the case of your movie. The person in the movie would have been taking female hormones to change their body shape- their voice, the amount of hair that grows on their body and are living their life as a woman. Eventually they may have a sex change operation. Their penis will be mostly cut off and reconstructed into a clitoris and vagina. Women also have their breasts reduced in size and a penis constructed out of their clitoris and their vagina and femal e sexual organs removed or reconstructed and take extra male hormones.

Or they could identify as - .

3. Transgendered. Transfer/ change - gender. A person who lives as if they are of the opposite sex. They dress, speak, act like they are the oppposite sex. They may or may not have sex change surgery. They may or may not take hormones. They may or may not act like the opposite sex full-time. Gender means the way you behave/act/think.

The person in the film is not the following:

4. Transvestite. Transfer/ Change - clothes. A person who likes to dress up in the clothes of the opposite sex. This does not make you gay - but you might be . Some people do this for entertainment/ employment.

In other words, they are basically freaks of nature that don't quite fit into either male or famale. I'm not making fun of them or anything, I'm just saying that something happened to them during fetal development that caused them to develop abnormally (ex. female with a penis). I do feel sorry for these people, since society as a whole can be quite mean to them.

Using the term freaks of nature IS mean no matter what you say. Some people who are transgendered grow to accept it and are quite happy being transgendered. One of the main reasons people who are transgendered are unhappy is the stigma/ bad feelings people direct at them. People who are accepted as transgenerdered by their family and friends are usually quite happy being exactly how they are. Soem people feel their minds and bodies don;t fit - and then they have surgery to change it. Not really that much different than a person who has surgery to change their nose, breasts, etc.

Susan, those people are freaks of nature any way you slice it. My advise to them is to chose which sex it is that they best fit into and have the surgery to help them do this. I would also advise them not to draw too much attention to themselves like those homosexuals do in their parades.

How did you get to be so intolerant? I thought Hindus were a much more tolerant people - accepting of the Hijras as they are.

People who are transgender are as they are for a variety of reasons. Sometimes it is because of a specific chromosone anomoly, sometimes they are raised as a sex different than what they really are because of having small or large genitalia and their real sex only becomes obvious at puberty, sometimes it is a hormone inbalance, and sometimes it is just a psychological physical mismatch. None of this makes them freaks - it makes them people who are different and just as deserved of our respect as anyone else.

Susan, I know that transgendered people are human beings like the rest of us and deserve to be treated like human beings and not like freaks-of-nature. None the less, Society can be very cruel to these people, as well as gay people. I guess I'm annoyed by the flamboyant transies/gays that make it their priority to show the world that they are different. If they act like decent human beings then I think they will be treated as such.

Yes, but there once was a day we said the same thing about woman who wore short skirts or trousers, or men who cut their hair short or let it grow long. What we are intolerant of today is likely to be accepted in the future.
