i have noticed hair growing on the shaft on my penis so i plucked out the hairs, but that only left bumps when i have an errection, i really need to somehow remove those bumps i fear that the next time i have relations my partner will think its some kind of STD or really gross, some1 help

Hair grows on penises. No big deal. You have bumps because your hair shaft is irritated. The skin on your penis is very sensitive.

Leave the hair. Sounds like you have sensitive skin- so I wouldn't suggest shaving. Plucking obviously isn't the answer either.
