lately ive been having trouble getting my erections hard enough to "use" for sex. im only 16 i shouldnt be having this problem at this age. Ive done some research and i know stress can cause this problem and i have been under alot of stress lately.I was wondering if theres any excercises or ways to increase the hardness of the erection, or if the only cure is to go to a doctor??

A doctor isn't going to help. Exercises aren't going to help. I doubt even viagra will help.

Stress kills erections. Deal with the stress. Then you can have erections again.

The best way for you to relieve stress is through meditation. Try meditating for half an hour or so to calm your mind down before you go to sleep. I enjoy meditating to release any stresses. You should also strengthen your pubic muscles. Try rubbing the head of your limp penis in a circular or up and down motion. I find that feels better than jerking off. Try clinching your pubic muscles when you are about to reach orgasm to prevent ejaculation.
That will make your cock rock hard and ready for some good sex.
