All other animals reproduce once they are able to. Why don't humans? Are we actually suppose to do it when we are able to?
Or is it now, it today's society is it just wrong? I mean, why would we be able to reproduce if we are not suppose to? I know the world wound not be able to handle it, at least some parts, since young people can't get jobs to support until the older but anyway.

Women's bodies are not ready to have babies yet -that's why.
Part of what happens to women during puberty and beyond is their hips widen. The space where a babies head is supposed to come out is too small until a woman is at least about 16. That is part of the reason young girls look like sticks and women have curves - the curves are partly from the widening of her pelvis.
Part of the reason so many woman and babies used to die during childbirth a long time ago is that the baby would get stuck. The mom would push and push and eventually her pelvis would break and she would die from loss of blood, or the baby would die because they couldn't get out, or they would try to do what we now call a caesarian section and she would die from loss of blood. Childbirth was very dangerous in the old days.
So now we have drugs that make things easier. Teenagers who have babies thankfully in some ways have very small babies. These babies are often not very heathy - but they don't get stuck. But if teenagers have fiullterm healthy babies veyr often they have to have a caesarian section because the baby justdoes not have room to come out.
Good question!

so then why do boys/men mature more quickly? (being able to ejaculate and give sperm)
also why do girls start to have their period before the pelvis's widen?
Their period starts when their hornones start to change. It takes awhile before the hormones have an effect on bones and it takes a long time for the hips to widen.
In the case of the guys - pure and simple - torture!
