Paxil problems

Is there any SSRI/ antidepressants that have lessor sexual side effect than another?
I have been taking Paxil, and although I have an erection forever, it appears that the nerve endings have lost their sensitivity and I am unable to have an orgasm. This is a real bummer because my sex life has been great through what ever else had been going on.
Any thoughts or suggestions?

Peter,

You need to talk to your doctor, but Paxil is known to have this effect. The doctor will not be surprised and will just try another drug on you. Different people experience differnent side effects - so what works for someone else might not work for you.
