You need to wash underneath your foreskin. This is especially true when you masturbate and ejaculate.

If it is too sore to do that - use a warm cloth - the hottest you can stand - but not so hot it will burn you. - and hold it on your penis until it gets cold. Then very gently pull your foreskin back as much as you can. The put another warm/hot cloth on your penis - and wait until it get cold. Then pull it back again. Do this only twice And then massage your penis with lubrication or baby oil or hand cream.

Do this everyday until you can pul your foreskin back all the way. It might take you a couple of days.

After it goes back all the way you have to be sure to keep it clean. When you shower or bathe be sure to pull your foreskin back as far as it wil go and give it a good wash. Also rinse really well, You do not want soap scum underneath.

Alex, I was never circumscised either and I'm glad that I wasn't. Like Susan said, every time you take a shower, you need to roll back the foreskin all the way and wash the head of your penis with soap and then rinse it off. That is what I do. That white stuff should be cleaned off; it might be a residue of the ejaculate fluid and probably smells pretty bad. By the way, congratulations on chosing to be celebate. I am 23 and have also chosen not to have sex until I'm ready to get married. Some people might laugh if you tell them that, but you can say when they contract an STD then you'll be the one laughing.
