f you are getting a lot if precum you might actutally be ejaculating.

But it might also be that you are too rough on your penis. Are you using lubrication?

If it is too sensitive- stop. Not much more you can do - unless youdon't want to feel much of anything =- then you could use desensitizing cream.

Try holding/stroking it with your hand below the head. That should do the trick.

Are you sure its precum and not urine? When I masterbate by rubbing the exposed head of my penis I start to urinate. Interestingly enough, when I do the same thing only with the foreskin over it, I don't urinate. Go figure.
