Susan, My boyfriend and I haven't had sex since my last period, almost 4 weeks ago, because I've been on anti-biotics which greatly reduces the effectiveness of the pill. Also it's been stressful few weeks and I hadn't taken my pill correctly, I kept missing them. I may just be crazy, but I never worry about this, and now I am suddenly. I really think I'm pregnant, is it possible for your uterus to feel weird, I don't know how to explain it. and my cousin was pregnant for not even a month and she already started to get a tummy. I've always been skinny and a good wieght and lately i have this belly going on. I bought the ept test, I just don't feel like my nerves can wait to see if my period comes or not. It says you can't use it until a day after the missed period? Is that true or can I use it now. What do you think about the way I feel.

If you do not follow the directions on the box the test tells you nothing you can believe to be true. Yes, some women can feel they are pregnant from very early on.

As you already said anytime you are on antibiotics the pill does not work weel- so if you have sex you MUST use condoms.

Well I took the ept test last night and it was negative, but the feeling of being pregnant has not gone away. I still have 1 week until my period. Do you think I should wait for it or get the first response test, i guess its supposed to be able to detect pregnancy very early. Is it weird to be able to feel it, or is that how it is? It's kinda like when you your period and some women can feel it, whether its cramps or what not. Thanks.

No, if you have taken one test and it was negative wait until your period is 5 days past due before taking another one. You'll just be wasting your money and nothing you can do now will be different that what you could do in 10 days.

Sorry. I know the stress of this must be hard. But this is part of being an adult who has sex. I hope this test is right!
