Hey, I'm 18 y/o and ive been having sex since i was 12 or 13...I have been with over 20 girls since I became sexualy active (and I am still clean) I was recently talking to a few of my friends and one of them called me a Player, and another one called me a man whore...would this be considered good or bad?
Personally I consider being a called a player or a man whore to be bad --but I know there are some that think this is good. 20 girls in that many years is a lot, but it depends mostly on whether relationship or feelings were involved in the sex as to whether it is being a "whore" or player.
Forget about what people call you, what you should focus on is what you do.
Do you use people without regard to their feelings? That is bad.
Do you use sex as a replacement for real intimacy, or in exchange for people treating you well? That is bad.
Do you use sex to manipulate others? That is bad.
But people often come up with terms such as whore, slut, player etc. just to describe people who have sex a lot with multiple people. Having sex in that way is NOT inherantly bad. As long as everyone is happy with the results, and it was done in an honest manner with full regard for everyones needs.
So forget about what others call you. Just make sure you are treating people in a respectful manner, and that other treat you the same, and you will be fine.
