If it hurts you should stop. If it hurts you need to rethink how you are doing it because it should not hurt. My guess is that you need lubrication. You can masturbate as many times as you want every day- unless it starts to hurt or you stop doing the things you need to do in your life.

It's absolutely okay to pee after masturbation. I don't have any medical evidence for this, but my guess is that during orgasm, your blatter muscle relaxes which essentially gives you the urge to pee (even if your blatter isn't completely filled).
As Susan sad, you can masturbate as often as you like as long as it doesn't hurt. It is my personal opinion however, that if you don't do it every day, it's actually more fun.

You should stop masturbation after if it begins to hurt to pee afterwards. The reason is after you release semen, the "tube" in the penis swells up. Too much masturbation and or sex can result in the occurance of not having the tube close itself (temporarily) and not being able to pee (happened to someone I know after having sex 8 times (releasing 8 times), one after another)). That will result in going to the hospital and having a tube put into your penis so you can pee. Doesn't sound like fun heh. Dude that is nonsense. Very rarely a man may get a condition called Priapism when an erection won't go away. This requires medical attention. It has nothing to do with the amount of sex you have and is nothing to do with a "Tube" in the penis swelling up after ejaculation.

1 whenever i masturbate, i gotta pee in a short times say 4-5 mins. but not immediately after it. even if i try to pee it will take 1-2 mins for the urine to start coming out.

2 why is it difficult to pee when ones penis is erect.
the harder the penis gets, it becomes more difficult to piss.

3why one ejuculates earlier then usual. when he is masturbating with the feeling to piss.

Your body tries to keep pee and ejaculate separate so their is a valve that makes it so you can't do both at once. So it takes a while for the valve to relax and let you pee after sex.

The harder your penis is the more prepared itis to have sex.

If you really need to pee and you start to masturbate your body just doesn't react the same way as it usually does.

All this stuff is just basic body mechanics.
