I am located in tenn. and have recently came to terms with something that has plauged me for years, my gender confusion.

When you have oral sex, take a deep breath before you anticpate a guy is going to ejaculate into your mouth. That way when he does - you have the air in your mouth to help force the ejaculate down your throat a bit quicker and easier. But mostly it is just practice.
A penis cannot go in too far. So there is nothing to worry about with anal sex. If you are using sex toys, just be sure to use toys with a flanged (bigger) end - the anus sucks in when you orgasm and it can suck in sex toys or other things if they are not bigger at the end.
