Sorry, sadly none of the pills realy work under clinical trials. Some people report some work - and others say those same ones don't work. Some have pretty disasterous side effects.
I suggest you learn to use what you have to its full advantage. And any women I know thinks how you use it is more important than how big it is.
The big three sex enhancer drugs will temporarily increase the size of your penis after you are aroused and up until the time you ejaculate. You are bigger and harder at that point and can hold back better..after that, you return to your NORMAL size.
One reason being is that they help control the amount of blood leaving your penis thru 2 valves that don't seal as well as age creeps up.
But not for a permanent increase...like Susan and Clay say, it isn't happening. And you really don't want a bigger penis if you are about normal size at maturity.
