Well, my girlfriend and I recently had sex using a condom with spermicidal lubricant on it. After I pulled out, I looked at the condom and saw a sperm-like substance at the bottom (opening) of it. Now, I'm wondering if this could actually be semen, or could it be just like a "foam" that the spermicidal lubricant made?

I can't be sure what it was, but I suggest you be sure you know how to take a condom off properly. It is important to hold the top- and to squeeze slightly- so that nothing inside the condom come out as you pull out.
