Billy,

I consider Dr. Lin a quack. He has a PhD - which makes him able to call himself a doctor, but I have my doubts that he is a medical doctor or he would call himself an MD. ( And PhDs can be bought if you just want a useless piece of paper.) No where on any of his sites is there any background information about him. He claims to have a clinic - but there is only a post office box address.

He sells a book - but it is only available from him. Anyone can publish a book if they want to pay to have it published.

Dr. Lin's solution to everything is something that you buy from him.

Some of the advice he offers just makes no sense to me. He makes a medical problem out of things that are ordinary. And even though he seems very open sexually, he is actually very conservative. He also asks you to buy things to help you do things that you can do on your own without his herbs.

Personally I take anything he says with a grain of salt.

Now how does that differ from me?

If you go to my website I list every single school I ever went to, every single workshop I have taken, what jobs I have had. You don't get my full name or an address or a phone number - but that is for my own security. If you send me an email - you get a personal response.

I don't claim to be a doctor, but when I think you need a doctor I tell you to go one. A doctor you choose.

If Dr. Lin's herbs were as great as he says - everyone would know about them and the sexual world as we know it would change.

Now - about masturbating.......

Babies masturbate. People masturbate on their death beds.

Some people masturbate once a week, some people once a day, some people 5 times a day, and some people never do. Whatever you do is ok - as long as you still do the things you need to do each day - like get up to go to school, do your homework, eat, sleep a full night, and everything else you do.

It is also OK as long as your skin does not get raw, or your body sore. And if your skin does get raw it is probably not from doing it too much - but from doing it without lubrication - or using something bad as lubrication.

Guys between the ages of 16 and 21 are at their sexual peak. They probably masturbate more between those years than they will the rest of their life all the years combined.

My son who is 21 has been masturbating since he was about 12 about 3 or 4 times a day that I know of - and I am sure more times that I don't know about. He hardly masturbates at all according to the man in my life - he said he did it every single minute he could.

So Billy, I am sure you are not masturbating too much. Do it, enjoy it, and stop worrying about it - you sound like a healthy male to me!
