You never kiss a woman unless you are sure she wants to be kissed. Men don't like it when women say no so they usually do a few tests before they ask for a kiss.

When you are talking to her - touch her arm. Does she pull away or does she let you touch her arm?

If she doesn't pull away - touch her hand.

If she doesn't pull her hand away - hold it.

While holding her hand - put your hand on her knee.  OR  Put your arm around her.

If she still doesn't pull away. Ask if you can kiss her. 

You can do it simply - Can I kiss you?

Or you can do it in a romantic way - I can not live another second unless I kiss you.

Or you can do it in a more demanding way - I must kiss you now.

If you don't know how to get a woman to know you want to kiss her - you are not ready for a more powerful penis. My guess is that your penis will do just fine exactly the way it is.

Remember, it's FRIENDS first before you take the next step which is showing AFFECTION. She must be COMFORTABLE with your presence..... you don't want to scare her away.
