First time health concerns

Susan,
For two virgins having sex would there be any health concerns aside from preventing pregnancy? Many sites suggest condoms for oral sex, would this be necessary if neither partner has had sex before? Thanks.

If you are absolutely 100% sure neither one of you have had sex before - then condoms are unnecessary for disease prevention. You don't have any sexually transmitted diseases to give each other. That is true of oral, anal, or vaginal sex. 

The other reason to use condoms though, is in the event you do not want to exchange body fluids - even if they are disease-free.
