around the head of my penis, there are little white things sticking up. they are really tiny and theres like a hundred of them where the head of my penis ends and the shaft begins. what is this? i noticed them there 2 years ago but i didn't have sex with anyone untill 6 months after. can i have a std without sex? can it be a genetic disease passed on? should i see my doctor. those tiny dot things don't hurt but they are there.
