Yeah I noticed that my nipples are getting a bit bigger and they hurt if I press them. I heard its got something to do with having too much testosteron since the body ups the oestrogen. So is that true ? Too much masturbation causes testosteron to go up ?
No such thing as too much masturbation. Guys nipples change over time - they get bigger, smaller- til they settle down and stay the way they are at about 21. Masturbate as much as you like!
