My friend was complaining that her man had a tiny brown thing stuck to his balls. She said it was stuck to him like a tic would stick to skin. But it didnt look alive, or like a possible bug. She said it wasnt there before. What could it be.

An ingrown hair most likely. Pubic hair is curly and if it doesn't poke out it can just grow curled under the skin and end up looking like a black or dark brown mark under the skin.
