Hi susan, Last week I noticed a small lump the size of a dime on the back wall of my vagina, it is not sore, but seems to move around. I do not have any std's, what could this be? And how can it be removed.

It is probably a swollen gland or a pimple. Try to leave it alone. Take long hot baths. If it doesn't go away after you have your next period - then go see a doctor to see what it is.
