Advil can generally be said to be safe to take everyday. Lots of people do. But there are specific conditions that may make it unsafe for you to take it at all or take it on a regular basis. You need to read the package insert if you take no other meds regularly and to your doctor or pharmacist if you do.
True, aspirin on an emtpy stomach can hurt the lining of your stomach and too much over time can cause you an ulcer. But Advil makes me sick and vomit. I use Mortrin extra strength.

I actually only take pain relievers only when I can't take the pain, like a severe headache. Otherwise, I just try to live with it.
