What you are experiencing is pretty typical. Guys do fine alone - they know exactly what to do to get themselves off. But when they are with someone else- that person doesn't do it the way they are used to and their body just isn't responsive. So what you need to do is to teach the person you have sex with to do things the way you are used it. This problem usually disappears really quickly when you get involved in a long term close relationship.
