Two fingers is too much for the average teenage girl. I am an adult woman and 2 fingers is all I can take except after a very long time of having foreplay. Few women can take more than 3.
If she is a virgin, and even if she is not - no more than one finger when you are wih a teenage girl unless he has very clearly told you she wants more.
You probably hurt her pretty badly. You might have tore her hymen if he was a virgn. She might have hurt and wanted to cry and didn't want to do it in front of you or maybe she felt as if she was going to be bleeding.
