If you are a male smoker or drinker, and you are having erectile problems, here is a short article of interest.
As quoted from the Health 24 website.. I've capitalized key words.....
Question.....
Do smoking and drinking affect this erectile deficiency?
Answer.......
Yes, they both do. Smoking causes DAMAGE to blood vessels and this SLOWS blood flow to the penis. In one study it was found that male smokers with high blood pressure and/or other risk factors were more than twice as likely to have complete ED problems than those who didn't smoke. If you drink alcohol, it’s best to have no more than two drinks a day. Alcohol slows down your central nervous system and can make erections more difficult.
Although it's not stated, women could have a similar type circulation problem with similar type results.
Yes, the clioris has to get erect to orgasm too. Everything true of the penis is true of the clitoris. They are actually very very similar in many many ways.
I would guess that most of us active people want good sex, but we all don't get it for one reason or another..... which means that would be just one more reason to limit one or the other or both.
Those that aren't really interested in sex may be substituting one of these instead of sex, and disregarding those people around them, which is really in poor taste.

I don't drink or smoke. I guess that could be why I'm so quick to have erections (as well as my age). Also, I've heard that high fat foods also reduce sex drive. I guess a healthy lifestyle has multiple benefits.
