I some times have premature ejaculation, some times not. Why? What is the best way to ride myself of this shit?

I find if I think about something else I go longer, but who wants to think about baseball while having sex? Sure I love the Red Sox and yes I think about them a lot, but during sex is a big no no for me. They are men and I'm not gay so when I think about baseball during sex it makes me think about how uncomfortable I'am thinking about guys and their playing abilities ect. If I think about let's say girls fast pitch softball I think about the hot chic pitchers and that doesn't help. Then I find myself saying NO NO don't think of hot chics, then blah I cum.

You sound like a normal guy to me. I always tell guys to recite nursery rhymes in their head. Most guys have this problem every now and then - and some a little more often than now and then.

Do a search for kegels here - they can help.

Try to picture having sex with your neighbor's grandmother! We all know that doesn't work cause she's got huge, round tits, a toothless smile and is kinda hot for age 80.

Seriously, just a suggestion, try cooling it down beforehand. Put cold water, ice or ice pack on/inside a washcloth and cool it down just before sex....it's got to slow things down....nerves need to be sensitive and blood has to circulate to get an orgasm/ ejaculate. It gives you that fresh out of a cold shower feeling. It's also good for bringing it back to life for additional rounds when it's too hot.
Also, this is Susan's input when I suggested this earlier...using Ambesol, which I know works, but smells. She says use an odorless desensitizing cream (rub easy now) on the head and just underneath.(What you use depends if you are receiving oral sex or not.)
Lastly, a condom to slow things down. If pregnancy or STD'S are NOT a worry, you can cut the tip of the condom off.

What I do is get myself off before going out on a date.... this way when the time cumms, I cant hold off for a long time....
