No Mackenzie, A guy doesn't really need to pull out if he has a condom on and it is good quality condo that was stored correctly - unless you are using his pulling out as a second form of protection against you getting pregnant. And he should NEVER pull out of the condom until he is away from your vagina so that no ejaculate spils on you acccidently.
