Ok, so my g/f and i like to have sex, but for about a month we didn't have much time, so we'd have quickies without much foreplay about once a week, and one night it hurt like a bitch going in, and I pulled out and there was blood all over the inside of the condom... Now, when we try to have sex it hurts going in at first a little, but then it's fine everytime i re-enter, but I bleed a little, even after waiting a week... There is no blood in the semen, and perplexingly, when I masturbate there is no bleeding. What the hell is up? I don't have any STDs... I think I ripped one of the little tendons on the underside of the penis head, that seems to be where the blood is coming from. Anyone know what it is and how to fix it? My friend said it's happened to him and just to put neosporin on it and wait a few weeks...
Since you have been having sex and this never happened, and now you having sex and it always happens - that means something has changed and is wrong. This is one of those cases where the problem is PROBABLY something very simple and could be absolutely nothing, but since this is happening now everytime you have sex you need to go see a doctor to rule out medical problems.
Ok, I've narrowed it down and I've got a torn frenulum, which is what I suspected. I also read that it could form scar tissue, and I'm just curious as to what that looks like/is there an obvious way to tell. Thanks a million Susan you're number one.
Yes, that is certainly one of the possibilites and one of the reasons you should see a doctor. If your skin grows back together and scars similar to how it was before it will be fine, but if could need a stitch (ouch!)or a spacial bandage to ensure it grows back in a way that does not make it painful to have sex or be prone to be broken open again and then the scar gets bigger.
Ok, thanks. I don't think it's serious enough to have the doctor tell me to just put neo sporin on it, because I can get an erection without it bleeding or hurting, and when I pull the foreskin back I can see a cut on it, but it is not bleeding. When the foreskin is closing the broken ends meet up, so I'm sure it will heal on it's own. You kick ass!
