Precum vs pre-ejaculation

what exactly is the difference? in every sexual relationship that i have ever had, i cum alot while making out, is this normal. i used to think that it was just pre cum, but recently the thought of premature ejaculation has entered my mind.

is it normal to just randomly cum? is premature ejaculation just ejaculation, meaning reaching climax, or do pre-cum and premature ejaculation fall hand in hand?

im asking this because i find it is hard to maintain an erection if there is no sexual contact... meaning to say i am in a relationship where my partner is uncomfortable doing anything more than making out and dry humping, and i tend to lose an erection, i was just wondering if i should be concerned or if the cum is a normal thing and the loss of erection is normal as well.

Anthony,
I'd have to know a lot more information to really know. I suggest you discuss this with your doctor - you could have a leaky penis.

It is normal for a man to have prejaculation when he is excited. The amount is different from man to man- for some man it is quite a lot.

But there are also some men who leak their ejaculation without having an orgams. This can be for a variety of reasons - none really worrisome - and some easily corrected.

So if it bothers you - talk to your doctor.
If not - keep a towel near the bed.

cum

Anthony.... what I can make out of this is that your humping your S/O...naturally you have an erection... in the process of humping her, which is another way of masterbating, your getting your self off... and yes you will get lots of pre-cum before you cum in this manner. You will lose your erection after you cum... sounds very normal to me.... at one time i went through the same thing that you are going through now, when i was much younger.

I believe that the real definition of pre-cum is lubrication released by the Cowpers glands just before intercourse to help lubricate the vagina.
Seminal leakage ( many times called pre-cum) is when the valve on the prostate cannot seal as good as it used to and leaks a small amount of semen anytime during the night or day, but especially when excited. Premature ejaculation is when that valve opens up very easily squirting before it should. Numbing agents can slow this down.
Whenever the prostate empties out (even slowly), the erection can be lost. This can be annoying cause it can be at the wrong time, but don't give up.
The big three sex enhancers go a long way to help restore the action of this valve by helping it seal better and by maintaining an erection. Sometimes prostate massage by a qualified physician will help too. You can learn to live with it, too, by working around it...using a penis ring to help maintain erections and using more foreplay to bring it back. Also, by trying natural herb sex enhancers.
It happens to a lot of us, so know that you are not the only one.
It is NOT a serious problem...just totally inconvenient. Do not worry about it! That in itself can take away from the moment.Describe your exact condition to a qualified doctor and see what he does for you.
So, like Susan says...a towel nearby helps meanwhile.
Gregorio
