Yeap you can, they're caused by in-grown hair. You can gently squeeze it out usually, and it should go away on it's own after a while.

I cannot imagine this is anything to worry about. It is probably an ingrown hair or a clogged oil gland. Put a hot wash cloth on it and then press it gently.
