You need to reread the article because I don't think you understood. Penises do not shrink. (Or at least they do not shrink under ordinary circumstances until one is elderly.) Guys lie about the size of their penises. Guys around 16-17 lie the most.

Penises average 6.5 inches. There has been measuring done that has determined this is in the right ballpark. It was done by nurses to about 2,000 guys. So they were measured exactly the same way. Interestingly enough virtually all guys were wrong in estimating their size.

Penises grow for 4-6 years - that is probably about true. The earlier you start puberty - the sooner your penis will stop growing.

But stop worrying about the size. It does not matter. It matters how well it works and how well you know how to use it. I'd rather be with a small guy who knows what he is doing than a big clueless guy anyday!
