Susan and Gregorio I was thinking the other day about the phrase 'abstinence is the best form of birth control'. I figured out a problem with that and I have another way that is even better than abstinence... I thought my revelation was really cute so I thought I'd share... I am sure you probably don't get much lighthearted stuff on here, everyone seems so serious, so I thought you'd both enjoy this.

In all of history, there has been at least 1 woman to get pregnant being abstinent (Virgin Mary, 'immaculate conception'). She was a virgin and used abstinence, but still got pregnant. So we can't say that abstinence is 100% effective, can we?

However, no pregnant woman has ever gotten re-pregnant... so I think that being pregnant is 100% effective! If you have sex with a man while pregnant there is no way he is going to get you pregnant!

Amazingly enough you are wrong. There are women who have gotten pregnant with two babies at nearly the same time that were not twins. It doesn't happen often, but it has happened.

But it is a cute idea!

I'd vote for Vascectomy.
