| i have little white bumps around the head of my penis. what are they. it's not herpes. it's reddish/flesh coloured and some of them have white tips. what are they and how do i get rid of them. theres like 100 of them just under the head of my penis. |

They are absolutely normal things guys get. You basically just have to live with them. You can try hot compresses and hope they pop open. |

All they are are the little glands that secrete the lubrication for the foreskin so it doesn't dry out. (Commonly called "cheese".) At different times, these little guys can become quite active...like around puberty or under heavy use or for no apparent reason at all, and can produce an odor..which can be repulsive.
Like Susan says, nothing to worry about, however remember CLEANLINESS which includes washing with mild soap and clear water rinsing as usual..you are perfectly NORMAL! |

If they are on the base of your penis they are called Fordyce Spots, and if a ring around the head of your penis - coronal papillae. | |
