lately ive been having alot of night mares about things from my childhood. im not sure if they are real or not. i would like to think they aren't. but deep in the pit of my stomach i think they are. and really all i want to do is not have the night mares anymore.
Also, try not eating food or drinking carbonated beverages at least 2 hours before going to bed. Stay away from strong foods like chili, fatty fried foods that are hard to digest like KFC chicken, fatty burgers, fries etc or any over-spiced fast foods.
Several weight watcher meals and most tv dinners are, for example, loaded with potent spices. Brocolli, cabbage, onions, califlower should be avoided. Also, your body's reaction to different medicines can cause nightmares. It happens to all of us. After you are awake a few minutes, most of them go away.
