Marijuana does indeed slow down ejaculation, while, according to rumor, acting as a pseudo female hormone that could add all other sorts of problems with sex. It also interferes with motivation, which could be a problem.

That being said, I know quite a few people who smoke marijuana, and have no problem ejaculating. But, each person is different. That may be the problem, or it may not be. Best way to find out is laying off the marijuana for a couple of days, seeing if it changes.

Also, not every person, especially every male, easily orgasm from oral sex. While I hesitate to interject a personal note here, being male, I've always had difficulty orgasming from oral. It has to do partially with a lack of physical pressure, and alot of males only build up to orgasm with a repetitive in/out motion, which oral sex usually lacks.
