Laura,
Yes, start taking your pills as usual. If you are pregnant they won't hurt the baby.
How long have you been on the pill? Do you take it the same time everyday? When was the last time you had sex?
If you are pregnant you can find out by taking an over the counter pregnancy test. If you take it now and it says you are pregnant - you definitely are. You then need to talk to your parents and discuss what to do next. If it is negative - you still might be pregnant. Wait a week and take another test. If that one is negative you probably aren't pregnant. But you won't really be sure unless you go to a doctor and get tested or until your next period starts.
If really do not want to get pregnant - I suggest you sty on the pill, but also use a condom.
Good luck. Let me know how things go.

A few key things:
WalMart brand (Equate) pregnancy tests have a teerrible reputation for false positives. Which means it will say you are pregnant when you aren't. VERY rare in a pregnancy test, but can happen. It happened to me with this brand, and I read about this brand online that said it is notorious for false positives. Just stay away from that brand.
As Susan said, the pills won't hurt the baby... but if you do find out you are, or if you get that first positive pregnancy test, stop taking them immediately. You don't want to have those extra hormones in your system if you don't need them there.
No one can diagnose pregnancy online. Sometimes I think Susan should post a huge banner of this above her Forum Index! I'm not sure why she isn't tired of answering this question yet.
Everything will be okay if you are. Relax (well I know that is easier said than done), but women today have MORE SUPPORT and MORE HELP AVAILABLE than at any other time in history. You will be taken care of no matter what you decide, if you ASK for help. You must let people know you need it.

Also, one more thing, if you have a Planned Parenthood in your area I know that they will give you totally free pregnancy test there, WITHOUT having your parents there if you are under 18. They cannot by law and will not tell your parents. It is free if you cannot afford it.
How do you get your birth control pills? If your parents know you take those, they know you are having sex, and it shouldn't be too hard to tell them you are needing a pregnancy test... if you do ask them, make it sound like you aren't at all worried, because you think you aren't. Just say calmly, "Well, I was just wanting to get tested, just to be sure. I am sure I am not, but to be one the safe side, I should get a test. I am only a couple of days late, which sometimes happens, so I am not too worried about it."
This should make your parents feel that you should get a test, but not panic. Because if you cry and shake and get SO nervous, they will too.
Good luck.
