Hey, im 17 and ive had this problem w/ my penis for a while......its really embarassing but i have a "bruise ring" around my penis like an inch 1/2 below my head when erect. I have seen pictures of penises w/ this same problem online, but I DONT WANT TO BE STUCK WITH IT!!!! I believe this is from masturbating too roughly w/out lubrication. I would like to know if i could get rid of this damn bruise, or am i stuck w/ it forever? I had a girl i was with comment on it, and it was so embarassing!!!! =( i have to fix this or i may never have sex again! btw im circumsized if that has nething to do w/ it. Any adivce from neone would be "GREATLY" appreciated!
What you have is a very ordinary penis. Some men have this ring and some don't. Men who are circumcized usually have one that is more visible than men who are not. The girl who saw your "bruise ring" must not have seen too many guys. And if a colored ring on your penis is going to bother her enough that you lose her she isn't worth keeping.

This is the result of being circumsized. It is basically a scar. What you are seeing is where it was cut. There are photos at norm.org I think, I know there are some at circumstitions.com. Or you could do Google, click on Images tab, then put in 'penis circumsized' or something. You'll see that alllll kinds of men are like this. You are normal.
