My problem is that I just noticed recently that one of my testicles seems to be smaller than the other. I don't knwo if it's always been like this or if just happened recently. I just noticed it one day. Do I have any reason to be alarmed?

Very few guys have testicles/balls the same size. Just like very few women will have labia/vagina lips or breasts the same size. Usually the difference is pretty small. In only the rarest of cases is it anything to be worried about - and that is part of the reason a good doctor grabs hold of them and gives them a squeeze.
