Hi i have a question. Many times when i Masturbate i hava an ejaculation but i dont have an erection, what can i do to have an erection before ejaculate, also when i had an erection in masturbation doesnt feel so good the moment in which i ejeculate so i dont know if i have an orgasm or not. how can i knoe if is an orgasm. I'm virgin and 23 years old.

Orgasm and ejaculation are two different things. Orgasm is a sensation of pleasure. Ejaculation is the fluid that comes out of your penis. You can have one without the other.

SOMETIMES an orgasm can be painful without ejaculation because of ejaculation build-up inside your testicles. If it hurts try again. Some people call this blue balls. It is not really very common.

SOMETIMES an ejaculation can be painful because you have an infection or a growth or an injury inside your urethra (pee hole). An injury can be very very tiny and still cause a lot of pain.

It doesn't really matter if you have an orgasm or not - it matters if you enjoy what you are doing. If you aren't enjoying it - stop. If you are enjoying it keep doing it as long as it feels good.

Why would you want to do that? You don't need an erection unless you are actually going to have penetrative sex. Why would you ever want to avoid orgasm?
