Blood in urine is not a sign of pregnancy. It is a sign of an infection. She needs to go to a doctor immediately. It could be an STD, or it could be a gynecological infection. But blood in the urine ALWAYS means go to the doctor - NOW.

Is she sure the blood is in her urine and it is not simply she is having a slight menstrual period?

Menstrual periods can start early for a variety of reasons. Stress. Rough sex.
Hormone changes.

NO, it could be that if she is menstruating. If she has blood in her urine it is something completely different.
